  • If your laptop belongs to government department, please do not ship to us. We do not fix government owned laptop.
  • If you work for government but laptop is your personal and you save government data on this laptop, please do not send to us. We do not repair these kinds of laptops.
  • If you have a private job and your company has security installed on it and unauthorized users are not allowed to log in, please do not ship it to us and talk to your company’s IT department.
  • We pay one side shipping. Once the laptop is ready, we will add return shipping in repair cost.
  • If for any reason laptop is not fixed, we have NO FIX, NO CHARGE policy. Customer is responsible to pay both sides of shopping cost.
  • Please ship laptop in a secure package with cushion on all sides and write word “FRAGILE” on it.
  • Customer can track a package by entering work order number on our website or on UPS website.
  • We do not install software without product key. If you want us to install licensed software, please send product activation key, we will gladly install it for you.
  • We provide complete guarantee of our repair but do not provide support on software. You can contact software manufacturer directly.
  • If sales tax is charged on the parts, it will be according to your state and county law.
  • All our shipped laptops carry standard UPS insurance. If you want additional insurance, you can talk to UPS.
  • We do all repair with best of honesty. If you are concern about data, you can remove hard drive before sending laptop to us. In most models, it is very easy to remove. If you need help you can call us at 702 955-8585.
  • We try our best, laptop leaves our repair center in 3 to 5 working days but if part arrives late or if it is back order then it can take more than promise time. In this situation we keep customer posted.
